(1) One or more forest management methods can be adopted on the basis of the regional location in the national forest area in the forest conservation area.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this Act, when preparing the action plan of the national forest that is being managed under other forest management systems within the forest protection area, it shall be made subject to the action plan as per sub-section (1) of section 15.
(3) According to sub-section (2), the distribution of the dividends received from the management of the forest protection area shall be in accordance with the prevailing law relating to the National Natural Resources and Finance Commission.
(4) Government of Nepal may declare the forest conservation areas as biological routes for wild animals.
